I am a Bio-field Tuning Energy Healer, specializing in ancestral clearing. Biofield Tuning uses the sound and frequencies of tuning forks to release the emotional energy that became frozen in time in our biofields - or the space around our physical bodies - during traumas big or small that we have experienced in our lives.

Our biofield is like our mind, storing a memory of each emotion that became frozen in time from our conception to current day. Our biofield also holds the life record our ancestors and our past lives, including all of the emotions of the traumas they experienced.

This energy - both ours and our ancestors - becomes frozen in time, not because we felt emotions, but because as we live, we learn to associate emotions with experiences we didn't like or that brought us pain. We learn to resist many of our emotions. We only have to hold this feeling of resistance in our mind and body for a short amount of time before those emotions that we are resisting become frozen in the flow of energy in our biofield.

Can you even begin to remember ALL the situations in your life where you felt emotions you didn't like, and stayed in that disliked emotions, not wanting to feel them or not wanting to experience the situations that initiated the emotions? Our biofields are FULL of frozen emotions that become road blocks causing detours within out divine energy flow we had when we were conceived.

During my blogs, I will share about our biofields, energy healing, inner healing from traumas in our past. the spiritual reasons causing the frozen emotions within our energy field, and ways to help us restore our original flow. Please join me in this journey as we all heal and restore.
